How do I know which training my team needs?
You don't need to guess. Start with a Free Rep Gap Analysis: send me one call from your top performer and one from a mediocre performer. I score them side by side and tell you exactly which training will close the highest impact gap. No commitment.
Can we combine multiple trainings?
Yes. Most teams I work with start with one training (usually Sales Call) and add a second after seeing the impact. Some choose the full Sales Excellence Trajectory which combines all four programs with continuous coaching. We'll discuss the right sequence in our first call.
What does a training day actually look like?
Sessions are 2.5 hours, max 10 to 12 people, remote or in person. Every chapter follows the SETUP method: open with real evidence from your team's recordings, explain the theory, fix actual situations live, then assign homework that gets reviewed before the next session. No generic slides, no role play with strangers.
How much preparation does this require from us?
On your side: a 20+ question questionnaire, 6 call recordings (3 strong, 3 weak), and a 90 minute deep dive with you. That's it. Everything else is on me. The prep typically takes a sales leader 2 to 3 hours total spread over a week.
Do you train in English, Dutch, or German?
All three. I run trainings across the Benelux and DACH region. Group composition decides the language: I default to English when there's a mix, Dutch or German when the entire group is from one region.
Is the SLIM subsidy applicable?
For Dutch SME clients, yes. SLIM can cover up to 60 percent of training costs. The application periods are March and September. I'll help you scope the application if it applies. For DACH clients there are local equivalents we can explore.
